Promenade at Bristow Village
The Promenade at Bristow Village is a neighborhood retail and office center for Bristow Village. The project is an 18 acres mixed use development that promotes walkable community concept between the residential units and the commercial retail center.
Bristow Village is a planned unit development consisting of 350 residential units and 176,000 square feet of commercial retail and office buildings. The commercial portion of the project includes a offices, strip inline retail building, free standing retail buildings, a site for a grocery store; currently developed by LIDL USA, and recently completed daycare center know as the Everbrook Academy.
The first phase of retail is expected to start in fall of 2019 to early 2020 with an attractive inline retail building at a signalized intersection of Battalion Square and Nokesville Road.
Gainesville Commerce
Located at the intersection of Wellington Road and University Boulevard, Gainesville Commerce boasts 37,000 square feet of a mixed use building and 79,000 square feet of industrial warehouse.
Phase I of the project is an architecturally attractive mixed use single story building that offers tenant bays ranging from 3000 to 3200 square feet. The units are provided with elegant store fronts and rear exit doors and roll up doors for some.
Current occupants of the building are a mix of national brand tenants and local established businesses.
The 79,000 square foot building is slated to start in spring of 2020. The building will be portioned in bay sizing ranging from 3000 to 6500 square feet with mezzanine.
The project site is at a signalized intersection with entrances from both University Boulevard and Wellington Road.
The Heritage Center
The Heritage Center is a professional office complex along Prince William Parkway. The project is conveniently located across the street from the county government complex. This office location is preferred by professionals including lawyers, engineers, surveyors, title companies, real estate brokers, insurance agents and doctors, alike.
The Heritage Center is a condominium regime allowing tenants the opportunity to purchase their units or an option of lease to purchase. This approach to promoting ownership in embedded in our philosophy to empower small to medium size business owners to achieve financial stability and success.
The site is provided with ample parking at a ratio of 4.70 per thousand square feet of leasable space.
