About the Project

University Center is a mixed use development comprised of residential, institutional and commercial parcels. Home to the Loudoun County campus of George Washington University; University Center is conveniently located at the intersection of Loudoun County Parkway and Leesburg Pike in the Dulles region of Loudoun County. Most of the project has been completed and is now a flourishing vibrant community. Commercial parcels facing Leesburg Pike at its intersection with the parkway are slated for retail shops, a hotel and other used complementing the community.
