StoneHaven
About the Project
Now under development and construction.
StoneHaven is located in northern Culpeper County about 7 miles from Warrenton, Virginia. The project is master planned for residential cluster lots with commercial village center. As planned the project boosts 776 residential single family attached and detached homes; multifamily units; 144,000 square feet of retail and 210,000 square feet of office.
StoneHaven has been identified as one of Culpeper County growth areas along with to the Town of Culpeper and Brandywine/Elkwood. The property that is now known as StoneHaven was part of a larger assemblage that was settled back to the early 1800’s.
The design and development of the project will keenly focus on promoting the presence and quality of footpaths, sidewalks and trails; as well as other pedestrian right-of-ways, roadway crossings, building accessibility, and safety; among others.
Project amenities will include nature trails, paved trails, recreational center, Silver Dollar Lake and family play fields to include a small soccer field and baseball fields. The project will also preserve over 750 acres of undisturbed land to the east to protect the Rappahannock River and to the south. Two sites are set aside for public schools.
